Looking after your furniture units
We recommend that you follow the tips & guidelines below to help maintain the original appearance & quality of your bathroom furniture.
Melamine, Vinyl
& Foil Wrapped Doors:
- Most marks can be removed with a soft damp cloth. More persistent marks can be removed using a non-silicone based furniture cleaner. Hot soapy water should be avoided. Once the mark is removed, the area should be wiped over with a damp cloth to remove any excess and dried with a soft clean cloth.
- Solvent or an abrasive cleaner should never be used as it could cause damage to the finish of your furniture.
High Gloss Doors
- Use a cleaning product that DOES NOT contain aggressive substances like acetone, alcohol, bleach… as those components could seriously damage the surface of the door.
- We would suggest using a soft cotton or micro fibre cloth with only water and soft soap (containing a maximum 1% of liquid soap)
Carcase Components
- Do not use polish on any surfaces. A damp cloth with soapy water will clean off most marks or spills.
- Bleaches, scouring pads and multi-surface cleaners should not be used.
Temperature and Humidity
- Try to avoid excessive changes in temperature and humidity. Try to ensure your bathroom/cloakroom/en-suite has adequate ventilation.
General care
- Spillages, splashes & even water should not be allowed to lie on any surface.
- All spillages and splashes should be wiped dry immediately.

Medium Items
e.g. vanity units, shower trays, toilets
Normal delivery is sent within 3-5 days* and is on a pallet to the nearest roadside only. The pallet will be left with you to dispose of.
Large Items
e.g. bath suites, shower cubicles, baths
Normal delivery is by specialist couriers, which normally deliver within 3 – 5* days and is on a pallet to the nearest roadside only. The pallet will be left with you to dispose of. Whirlpool baths are made to order, so may take up to 10 days to deliver.
